Dr. Katayoon Azizi
DDS, Dental SurgeonDr. Katayoon Azizi received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2004, she then completed a one-year Master of Science (Prosthodontics) program at The University of Manchester.
Dr. Azizi successfully passed the Canadian dental boards before registering as a general dentist in Ontario. She has a membership with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons Ontario and Ontario Dental Association. She has been an associate general dentist in various dental offices in the GTA since 2013.
Dr. Azizi (or “Dr. Katy” as her patients know her) enjoys all aspects of general dentistry from cosmetics to preventative care. She provides dentistry for patients of all ages.
